Bailing Hoops :

Cotton is the major crop of our country and cotton industry is one of the major foreign revenue earners for the country. Every year hundreds of thousands of cottons bales are reaped and sent to weaving factories to be processed. Cotton bales can be packed using either binding wire or bailing hoops. Binding wire is used by sub-standard ginning factories; while well-reputed companies as well as the government only accept cotton bales packed using bailing hoop. FF-STEEL is proud to be the largest producer of bailing hoops in terms of annual production of bailing hoops as well as production capacity. Due to its efficient conversion process and large production capacity leading to economy of scales, FF-STEEL has gained monopoly of bailing hoops throughout the country since year 2004.

Bailing-hoops are used by the ginning factories to pack cotton bales. These bales are then sent to weaving factories all around the country. Insurance companies usually prefer to insure bales packed with bailing hoops (and at much lower rates too) compared to bales packed using binding wire. By using FF-STEELís bailing hoops, ginning companies get the following advantages compared to use the binding wire, which is so abundantly used by sub-standard ginners around the country:

> The cotton bales are more compact and bale breakage or opening up during handling is negligible.

> No rust or corrosion takes place on our Bailing Hoops. This in turn does not affect the color / quality of cotton.

> No loss of moisture or deterioration in quality takes place during stocking for longer period.
